LMC was approached by ALICE in late 2021 as it sought to gain more of a foothold in the UK market. The company was working on the HS2 project at the time and wanted to appoint
an agency with construction industry expertise to help build its reach among top-tier contractors, attract more investment and achieve its vision of industry improvement.
Growing awareness of ALICE’s capabilities was critical to help boost awareness of its two products, ALICE Pro and ALICE Core. With
ALICE Core, users upload an existing P6 model or Microsoft project plan, reducing the amount of scheduling information that needs to be entered manually. With the AI-powered 'what-if' feature, users can quickly explore scenarios and find the most efficient path. With
ALICE Pro, users upload a 3D model or logic diagram and build a project from scratch.
Due to the small number of target contractors in the UK, we knew we had to find
more direct routes of influence. LMC focused on getting ALICE in front of key industry individuals, providing ALICE with
networking opportunities in the UK from day one.
